Adoption Pending!! Sir Mason is a 8 month old male Doberman X Great Pyrenees. His Doberman mom is Princess Di, aka Diana on our website. DNA testing shows daddy was a Great Pyrenees, which means both breeds equal a very loyal, watchful guardians of the family and home. Mason has taken a few obedience classes and attends doggy daycare regularly to play and interact with many other breeds of dog and a variety of people. Mason is being fostered in a home with cats, other dogs, birds and children. Mason truly is going to make one home a very happy home when they adopt him as he is so well rounded. Sir Mason is housebroke and crate trained. He walks nicely on a leash, can sit when asked and even knows how to shake his paw! Mason is very treat motivated and will do anything to please his person. Mason LOVES children!! His favorite person right now is a little girl of 8 years old. He love, love, loves her! Mason would love to have children to help care for in his forever home. More on the Great Pyrenees breed- In nature, the Great Pyrenees is confident, gentle (especially with children) and affectionate. While territorial and protective of its flock or family when necessary, its general demeanor is of composure and patience and loyalty. It is a strong-willed, independent and reserved breed. It is also attentive, quite fearless and loyal to its duties. The Great Pyrenees' size makes it an imposing guardian. We truly believe Mason will be an awesome dog for a family looking for a watchful eye on the children!

All potential adopters must fill out  the adoption application. Please read our adoption policies page in its entirety before filling out application-failure to do so may delay the adoption process. Please answer all questions on the application, failure to do so may result in your application being denied. We do not adopt on a first come first serve basis but what is the best fit for our dogs.  We do give preference to homes with fenced yards. Puppies must live in homes with fenced yards. Those with no fencing must have a plan in place for daily activity and bathroom breaks for adult dogs. With the exception of Meet and Greets, y ou will not be able to meet our adoptable animals until the adoption application is submitted online and the home visit is completed. We will not place adult rescue dogs in homes with young children under 6 years old, with the exception of puppies 6 months and under, we will adopt to families with children under 6 years old, but a fenced yard is mandatory. Our dogs must live indoors with their humans and never left outdoors alone or in a kennel or yard unattended. You must be willing to use a crate and sign up for formal obedience classes. You must be 21 and own your home. We will not adopt outside of the USA. We will not ship our dogs. We will not adopt to anyone charged or convicted of animal abuse, child abuse, any type of felony.
