Dock Diver, ball player alert!!! Piper is a 6 year old, female Chocolate Labrador x Doberman who is truly an easy keeper, been there done that kind of dog. Piper loves swimming, dock diving, playing ball and going for walks/runs. She is an active girl who likes to be active with her family. Piper was surrendered due to her family expanding with babies. While she did live with a 2 year old, a home without young children under 10 will be best for Piper. Older children or teens who love playing ball, going for runs, playing in the water swimming and are respectful with dogs in general are completely acceptable for Piper! Piper does well with other dogs as long as she is properly and slowly introduced. This girl loves playing ball and swimming for hours! A good throwing arm would be a bonus for Piper! Dock diving comes to her as a second nature thing as she loves swimming, jumping off the dock and will do this for hours. All you need is a teen boy, a dock , a ball and Piper is happy as a clam! Piper would do well as an only dog, or in a home with an older dog. Piper does have a prey drive so no cats, chickens, rabbits or small critters. She might even like to go hunting with the proper training! Piper is fully vetted, spayed and ready to go to her forever home.  Please help us help this gorgeous girl find her happy ever after! Piper is spayed and current on vaccines. She is ready to come home and be your loyal companion today! She would be great for a retired couple as she has so much love to give but she would prefer to be the only dog or queen of her castle with you in it!
